Discover
Clients discover TWAARA through social media, recommendations, events, or the website. When ready to begin, a consultation request is submitted and a fee secures the appointment — and on confirmation, you receive access to the exclusive TWAARA App.
Stage 02
Consultation & Storytelling
The journey begins with understanding. We learn your personal story, family traditions, cultural influences, inspirations, preferences, and celebration details. Every conversation becomes part of the creative direction.
Stage 03
Design
Moodboards, creative concepts, design directions, and hand & digital sketches — all reviewed through the TWAARA App. An optional Sampling Box brings fabric swatches, embroidery samples, and colour references to your hands before you approve.
Stage 04
Visualize & Measure
Renderings, fabric selections, and embroidery placement are approved before production begins. Measurement happens in two stages — our remote measurement technology, then a guided virtual session with the team — for maximum accuracy.
Stage 05
Craft
Once approved, production begins and your personal Journey Portal opens: measurements, moodboards, sketches, fabric selections, embroidery details, revisions, timeline, and approvals — all accessible throughout.
Stage 06
Deliver
Shipment tracking, delivery updates, and your final timeline become available, and your journey documentation is preserved. The experience stays connected until the very last moment.
